Why there's no contact form on this site

This is a static site. There is no server to receive a form submission, no database to store a message, no backend to send a confirmation email. Adding a form would mean adding infrastructure — and infrastructure needs maintenance.

More importantly: any publicly listed contact address for a fantasy-cricket site creates a phishing surface. Fake "Dream11 support" emails are already common enough. We don't want to add another vector.

The partner app has a dedicated Help center with a verified support team. That's where account issues, deposit queries, and KYC questions get handled — with response times of around 4 hours during business hours.
