Access your Dream11 account here.

On Mobile App (Android & iOS)

1. 1.Open the Dream11 app on your device
2. 2.Tap "Login" (top right corner)
3. 3.Enter your registered mobile number or email address
4. 4.Choose login method: OTP (sent to your mobile) or Password
5. 5.Enter the OTP or password and tap "Continue"

On Web Browser (Desktop/Mobile)

1. 1.Visit dream11.com in your browser
2. 2.Click "Login" (top right)
3. 3.Enter your registered mobile number or email
4. 4.Choose OTP or password login
5. 5.Complete the login

Problem: OTP not received

Solution:

• • Wait 60 seconds, then tap "Resend OTP"
• • Check your SMS spam/junk folder
• • Ensure you have network connectivity (not in airplane mode)
• • If email OTP: check spam folder in your email
• • If still not received: contact Dream11 support

Problem: Forgot password

Solution: Tap "Forgot Password?" on the login screen, enter your registered mobile number, verify OTP, and set a new password. See our password reset guide for detailed steps.

Problem: Account locked or "Suspicious activity detected"

Common causes:

• • Multiple failed login attempts
• • Logging in from multiple devices simultaneously
• • Using VPN from a banned state

Solution: Contact Dream11 customer care with your registered mobile number to unlock your account.

Problem: "Account not found" or "Mobile number not registered"

Solution: Verify you're entering the correct mobile number. If you created your account with email, use email login instead. If you still can't log in, your account may have been deleted due to inactivity or you may need to sign up again.

Problem: App says "Update required" and won't let me log in

Solution: Dream11 occasionally blocks login on outdated app versions for security reasons. Update to the latest version from Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or dream11.com. See our download guide.
